RESPACE reactivates the Brussimmo building to create a vibrant hub of creative and collaborative energy with exhibitions rooms, dynamic offices spaces and a stunning event venue on the top floor. 

Designed by the Belgian architect Philippe Samyn, its double-skin glass façade blends sophistication with functionality, offering abundant natural light and acoustic comfort across 6,450 sqm. In its effort to stimulate the neighbourhood, Respace broadens the range of stakeholders engaging with the site, supporting the implementation of a wider spectrum of actors and opportunities in this predominantly corporate area. 

With 670 sqm, Respace utilises the first floor as a creative & artistic exchange hub to breath a fine cultural life into the Brussimmo building. From the second to the fifth floors are five 690 sqm floors of bright, fully equipped office spaces. Each floor is turn-key, ready to use and comes along with a kitchen area. 

On the sixth floor, Respace is renting 8 versatile meeting rooms of various sizes, with a capacity of 50 for the largest room. Each space has its unique decoration and design, in an effort to provide a distinct soul to the space and elevate the gatherings hosted on this level. This area is also available in junction with our exclusive event space on the 7th floor, the Skyline. 

The Skyline is a one-of-a-kind 620 sqm, ready-to-use venue tailored for conferences, gatherings, and private dinners. Equipped with full lighting, sound and video systems, this high ceiling, semi-cylindrical structure creates a sumptuous atmosphere entirely adaptable to your needs. The Skyline comes with a second, more intimate 120 sqm room and an extra space for catering services, providing maximum modularity to the organisation of your event.
